After seventeen years as a Duty Manager at London Heathrow Airport, my wife and I decided to head back up North, I am still with the same airline but I only work on a part time basis, this allows me to dedicate my time to something I truly enjoy, working out doors.
Having spent my working life in a customer focused environment, I am acutely aware of peoples expectations and I base my work on a very simple philosophy - Deliver a reliable service at a reasonable price.
It is for this reason that I operate as an individual, I am responsible for my own actions, I can keep my overheads to a minimum and I do not have to rely on others to ensure work undertaken is completed within an agreed time frame.
